Suites Cozumel 112

We picked Suites Cozumel for diving and the location made early starts easy, since the marina is nearby. After a day on the water, the peaceful grounds and lovely views were a great place to unwind. We felt safe with security and staff on site around the clock. Everyone we met was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A comfortable, secure place in a very convenient part of Cozumel, and we'd happily recommend it.

I felt at home in Studio Suítes Cozumel Apartment 204 from the moment I arrived. The balcony facing the pool was a peaceful spot for coffee or a book, and the Wi-Fi and parking made it easy to stay connected and get around the island. The apartment had brand new furniture and a warm, stylish feel. I slept well in the very comfortable king-size bed, and the air conditioning made it easy to cool off after being out in the heat. Hot water at both the sink and shower was a small detail I really appreciated. It was a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cozumel, and I'd love to come back.

Unit 323 was great and very clean. The property is well kept, with a pool, and it's just 5 minutes from the marina. A lovely place on the island to relax and unwind.

The host has tried to help, but unit 202 needs a full makeover and basic supplies like decent bedding and kitchenware. We felt stuck there with only a scooter and should have rented a car. I won't stay again. Check-in was 1-1/2hr late because the cleaner was behind, and the unit was still dirty, noisy, and badly worn, with no drinking water. At 7am I was awake listening to motorcycles and trucks speeding along the highway. The neighbours' cupboard doors sounded like they were banging inside our unit. The bedding had mould and dead earwigs. A cooler full of rubbish in the closet seemed to be attracting flies, and there were dishes for only two settings. The microwave was mouldy and corroded, and something disgusting had built up on the fan above the bed. The A/C looked 100 yrs old, and I doubt its filter had ever been cleaned. There were cigarette butts all over the balcony wall, and a large platform at balcony level meant people walked past with no privacy. I'm so tired from lack of sleep I could go on, and I might just stay naked today to make a point.
