Australia Suites Ejecutivas

It feels more like a small apartment than a hotel, with more room and independence, but there’s still a reception desk open 24 hours. Very quiet and safe.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Finding the place can be a little tricky, so come in from the back, one corner before. Apart from that, it’s a great place!

The staff are attentive and really friendly, and the location near the IMSS hospital is handy. Still, quite a few things need work. The sofa is peeling, with a towel thrown over it, and there are cockroaches everywhere. It seems like a good place otherwise, but they need to take cleanliness and hygiene more seriously.

The location is a real plus, right by León’s main avenues, close to the center, hospitals, and the insurance company. The price is affordable, and there’s covered parking behind a gate with security around the clock. When you need to leave, they let you out. The receptionists were very friendly and quick to deal with room issues they could repair, and they were attentive throughout. The apartment-style layout is a good idea, with a living room, small dining area, kitchen, and separate bedrooms, some with closets. But the place is neglected. The walls are a little dirty, the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and the shower curtain was filthy. The TV didn’t work and had to be replaced, and the remotes were faulty. A full renovation would be worth doing and would make a big difference.
