It was just okay.

A great spot if you're coming to play golf in the forest, but it needs a lot of improvements.

I lived there for about 1 year and 3 months. The cleaning ladies were the best, 10/10, very kind and attentive. The pool, though, was unusable, extremely dirty and cold. The owner even said it wasn't suitable for use. Power cuts were common, and the WiFi went down frequently. As a tenant, I personally had to fix network problems. I also experienced multiple instances of harassment from the owner. If he happens to be collecting your rent, you can expect desperate calls and messages 3 days before the due date, even if you pay on time and in full, as I did. Strangers would be seen in your room days before you moved out. If you see the names Roberto and/or Giakoman in good 5-star reviews, they're the owners, so ignore those reviews.

There was no one at reception, and the only alternative to a restaurant was a strange shared "kitchen." The pool was a chilly 9 degrees Celsius, and getting towels or toilet paper was a constant struggle. The cleaning lady even put the bathroom trash can on the vanity beside our toothbrushes. There's no gym, and they haven't arranged a partnership with the club gym 200 meters away. The worst part was the attitude. When I asked to switch from a double room to a single because our plans changed, they said it wasn't possible. They have a ridiculous set of rules about silence and respecting other guests, but the owners threw a tasteless, incredibly loud Christmas party, practically banging on the ceiling, that lasted until 7 am. We didn't sleep, and of course they hadn't warned us or offered to deduct anything for that night. I don't understand the good ratings from other users; I suspect they've never stayed in good hotels. We don't plan to go anywhere near this place again.
