Everything was close by, and the room felt safe and very clean. I'd happily stay here again.

I had to wait three hours because the door was broken, and there wasn't even a window in the room. When I asked to move, they just kept telling me to wait. A staff member did help me get some water.

The staff were warm and ready to help whenever needed. The hotel itself is cozy and nice, with simple, minimal rooms.

A clean place right downtown, and the breakfast was good. Nice for spending the night.

The rooms and location were okay, but I couldn't get a decent night's rest because other guests were so loud. Kids ran around shouting, families yelled, and some people came in after 1 a.m. slamming doors. I went to the lobby more than three times at night to report it. Staff helped a little, but didn't solve the noise. They moved one of the disruptive guests to another room, and that was it. My father had just arrived after a long trip, and we're moving to somewhere more private and peaceful. We won't spend any more money here. I was in room 202. There was no respect for people trying to sleep, and I couldn't rest all night. We own a business in León, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place to sleep. I asked to speak with management for three days in a row, but no one ever showed up. They should follow up with the guests who are driving away customers. DO NOT STAY HERE, unless you have no other options.
