They said they’d bring me a fan, but I was already exhausted and still suffocating in the room. I’d been up since 4 a.m. for work, got there around 10:30, and just wanted a shower and some sleep. The AC wasn’t working. After maintenance came in and made me feel stupid for not using the control correctly, I called a third time and asked to move rooms. They said there were no rooms available. Then maintenance came back and said the freon was out. I had to leave for work again by 8 a.m. This just sucks.

The place felt secure, and it’s only 16 minutes from the airport. The buffet breakfast isn’t included, and it’s overpriced for the quality. Apart from that, it’s great and I’d consider coming back.

We liked how spacious, clean, and comfortable the room was. It works well for family or business trips, with a desk and office-style chair. We were traveling with family and asked for a crib. None were available, but the staff did their best to find one, which made us feel comfortable in the room. They were friendly and attentive the whole time. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Along with the usual eggs, fruit, bread, juice, and milk, there was a special dish each day. There’s a good-sized pool, plus foosball, pool, and ping-pong tables. The parking lot is spacious, the spaces are clearly marked, and it’s right beside the hotel.

The location near the entrance and exit to León is the only good thing about this hotel. The restaurant had flies, and its staff provided very poor service. The rooms weren’t comfortable, and the pillows and towels were torn and worn out. The cleaning staff were friendly, though. They advertise breakfast as included, but at the buffet they told us that only fruit was covered, not items like eggs or chilaquiles. Then they charged extra per person. It was frustrating that they didn’t explain this beforehand. I don’t recommend it.
