The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed, and have comfortable beds. We stayed in 712, at least, and the staff were great and helpful. The food was delicious, too. There's a supermarket right across the street and a yummy Japanese restaurant next door. It's also close to the stadium, malls, the leather district, and the shoe mall, all within walking distance.

The buffet breakfast was the highlight, with a nice Mexican touch, and the staff were all so sweet and helpful. The suite rooms are amazing. It's a good location for business, easy to reach by car and right across from the Poliforum and a large hypermarket. For city tourism it's less convenient, though the center is under 10 minutes away by Uber or taxi.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this was too much. I stayed here two years ago and the hotel was amazing. Since then, they've let everything slide, from the food to the parking. The staff are still amazing, but the hotel isn't worth the money, and the food has become really bad. They're cutting too many corners to save money. It's a big company, and they know better.

I've stayed at two NH hotels now, and I love the architecture here and the warm colors. The food included with the room is pretty good. There's a small gym and a pool, and I'm looking forward to staying here again.

There’s a store close by if you need something, which helps since the minibar is pricey. The hotel itself feels very modern and the accommodations are wonderful. I’d recommend booking ahead because rates can climb.
