It's a dependable, affordable, convenient hotel, and Soriana is nearby for anything you might need. One thing I don't like is that they provide a water bottle only on the first day. For a longer stay, you have to buy more, and I think they should change that policy.

After a long journey I was exhausted and didn't check the room right away. I later noticed there was no view, it was very loud, and I'd been put on the 1st floor instead of the 4th floor shown on my reservation. Reception said it was because I checked in early and that this was what was available, though I arrived at 2:40pm. She also claimed all the rooms were loud, which felt like an excuse. She kept interrupting instead of listening. The room was unclean too, so if that was the one that was “ready,” I hate to imagine the others. The customer service was very bad, and I won't stay at this chain again. Once was enough.

The hotel is inside a little mall, beside a market, KFC, and a movie theater, and the location is fine. Rooms are very small but clean. The complimentary breakfast is almost good, and they offer free transportation. The elevators are small and can't handle the capacity. This time I waited almost 20 minutes to get in.

Rafa, the breakfast waiter, was the only friendly, smiling person among the staff. Everyone else seemed unfriendly and lazy. The complimentary breakfast was served daily, but the food was always cold: fruit, eggs, frejoles, sometimes vegetables, chilaquiles, and pan dulce. On the first day, my wife and I got one small bottle of water to share for brushing our teeth, then no more water was provided. I expected a 3 star hotel based on my internet search, but I'd barely give it 1 star. We won't stay here again.
