Venator House Moral

There is no parking or security staff if something goes wrong. The website photos are NOT REAL: the pool is dirty and badly painted, and the windows are broken, with shattered glass posing a possible accident risk. They collect payment quickly, but there is NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE unless you ask at reception, supposedly to protect guest privacy. They also DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY if you decide to leave. The staff always seem drugged or tired, and they say they'll fix problems but don't. During my stay, a neighboring guest yelled at them and nearly got into a fight. He said that when he arrived at night, the bathroom was full of vomit that wasn't his, and nobody had bothered to clean his room. The buffet service NO LONGER EXISTS because the restaurant that supplied it closed, but they still advertise it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, unless it's your last resort.
