Close to downtown, but the place looks pretty ugly and the rooms don't seem hygienic.

I stayed for five days and was happy with it. The price was really, really good; I booked through a reservation company and thought it was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was good enough that I slept well, and the bathroom was quite nice. Everyone was helpful, from reception to housekeeping, and having parking in the city center was a plus. I'd recommend it for a business trip to León when you just need somewhere to sleep.

This works for a single night, but I wouldn't stay several days. The room is tiny, and there's no partition between the shower and toilet, so the floor gets slippery and messy. Walking over the wet floor in shoes makes an even bigger mess, and it can be dangerous. It was mid-October and raining, but after 10:00 PM there were no blankets available. The bed had just a sheet and a pillow.

The invoice arrived almost immediately, and the parking felt secure. The rooms are plain, but the beds and especially the pillows are so comfortable that you sleep well. Cleanliness was very good too. The downside is that there are small cockroaches. For the price and location, I'd recommend it.
