The parking lot is private and secure, and the staff were friendly and easygoing. Rooms were spacious and clean, the usual HolidayInn experience. I do wish they had the Stay Green option some other HolidayInn hotels offer, where you can skip housekeeping for extra points. Still, a very nice stay.

The best part is the location, right on the main Blvd with things within walking distance. The rooms are pretty much what you'd expect, nothing luxurious, and my window looked onto a hallway near the elevators, so there wasn't much to see. The buffet restaurant was average with limited choices, and the in-room safe didn't work. No airport shuttle either. They subcontract a ride for 450 pesos for three people, which is a lot. The trip takes about 40 minutes, so DIDI is a better deal at roughly half the price.

Still a decent option for business travel, with a good location and friendly service. The parking area needs better upkeep and working security locks on the doors between the lobby and S1. The S1 door lock wasn't working. Rooms and bathrooms feel dated, and my curtain was ripped. Cleanliness could be better too.

The staff are really kind and helpful, and the place is clean. There's also plenty of parking. Still, everything feels very old. The showers and linens need urgent attention, and the elevators do too. They were cleaning chairs right in front of everyone, which wasn't cool.
