Room 16 was on the ground floor behind reception, so I could hear the restroom and people talking in the lobby. I got the room at 3:30 PM, after 3:00, because they hadn't finished cleaning. There was still trash in it, and the next morning I spotted one small cockroach, though I didn't see any more. Not a good experience.

The owner was there, but acted just as arrogantly as the receptionist, wouldn't let me speak, and brushed off the problem. They mocked and ignored me. At the start, the receptionist had been incredibly rude, cynical, and arrogant. I was charged twice for a reservation, and they refused to take responsibility, blaming the app. They wouldn't give me a receipt to file a complaint, even though they knew this had happened to them before and admitted it. They also tried to charge me for another reservation that had already been paid. A horrible experience.

The rooms are excellent, but the service has a lot to be desired. The staff are unfriendly, make far too much noise, and there’s no parking.

The location is very good and the rooms are clean, but the rates are misleading and they don't stick to the reservation price. My booking showed 410, yet they told me there'd be an extra charge when I arrived. I've attached evidence and am waiting for management to respond.

What I liked most was being able to cook my own meals there. The rooms are also very spacious.
