Hotel Verdi

I'm really upset with the hotel. The person who answered the door made my reservation and then canceled it themselves. That shows a complete lack of ethics and commitment. The municipality of León should regulate this kind of behavior. Terrible service.

We ended up looking for another place instead of extending our stay. The walls are thin drywall, so you hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring rooms, and they gave us a different room than the one-bed room we requested. Parking became a problem when we arrived, despite being told during booking that it wouldn't be an issue. What they tell you over the phone doesn't match the way they treat you there. The woman made us feel like we were crazy, kept asking things we'd already explained, couldn't remember who we were or what reservation we'd made, and was rude. Don't let the low price sway you, paying more for decent treatment is worth it. I won't go back.

I stayed here for a few months and found it comfortable. The owners are really friendly, and the rooms get cleaned every day. They're small, but have what you need, including a private bathroom, TV, and closet.

The room was tiny, and the blankets had hair all over them. The toilet was leaking, and there wasn't any shampoo in the shower. Even finding toilet paper felt like a miracle. The lady gives you dirty looks if you don't have a car or expensive clothes. Just awful service. Honestly, 350 is too much for a dump like this.
