Suites Teca Once

The included WiFi, quiet area, and excellent location were nice, and the AC was centrally controlled. There was also a microwave. Coffee and water were provided free, but only on arrival. The parking was a major problem. Getting in and out, and maneuvering inside, was extremely tight. Don't take a car larger than medium, or better yet, don't bring one. The building and furnishings felt old, including the room, carpet, bathroom, and accessories, with little sign of upkeep. The TVs weren't smart and had no satellite service. Cleaning seemed very minimal, and we couldn't even smell cleaning products. The lobby chairs were dirty, and the fountain wasn't working.

The rooms, service, and security were all pretty good, and the price was low. I stayed one night for a social event. It's well connected, close to major streets and lots of important places. There's a gym and a business room that's good enough. Breakfast wasn't included. Parking is a bit tight, so check whether your car will fit. Something as large or tall as a Suburban might have trouble.

Reception treated us in the most humiliating way we've ever experienced. They were openly hostile and insulting for reasons I still can't explain. I don't usually ask owners to replace staff, but this time I'll make an exception. They give an otherwise okay hotel a bad name.

Our room faced the street, so mornings were a little noisy. We used the ear plugs from our red eye flight, and that solved it. The staff were very friendly, and everything was very clean.
