The bathroom layout could be better, though the space-saving setup is still workable. A good choice for a short business trip, and the breakfast is great.

The rooms were okay, clean at least, and the bed and pillows were decent. Service was okay too: they moved me to a room nearer the hot water source, where the pressure improved and the temperature was just barely acceptable. In my first room, the shower had no pressure and no hot water. Being told it was too far from the water heater didn't make that acceptable. A hotel shouldn't have shower hot-water problems, and I don't recommend staying here. Breakfast wasn't good for me as a non-Mexican. About 90% of the choices were local dishes, and the only “international” option was scrambled eggs. I tried the Mexican dishes, but they weren't to my taste. At $16, I found the breakfast price unacceptable for the quality. I won't be back, and would strongly suggest trying the ibis hotel instead.

The parking garage feels unsafe, and the rooms keep getting worse, so I wouldn't stay here. I hadn't been back since before Covid and hoped it had improved, but this was my third time here and it hadn't. My first room was filthy, with hair stuck to the shower walls, so they moved me. The air conditioning barely cooled the replacement room even set to 18, and it smelled musty. There was only one filter for the air ducts. I'd ask for another room, but they keep getting worse.

Restaurants are nearby, though it's a bit of a walk to the city center, and the hotel itself is clean. The problem was the noise. People were allowed to party loudly all night on more than one night for our group, so we checked out early. One night, an employee had been partying all night before going down to work at 6 a.m. The walls are thin, and you hear people in the hallway. Some noise is understandable, but loud parties through the night aren't.
