The location is the best part, only a few meters from the center. But the parking they advertise on social media isn't actually available, so they send you to paid lots nearby. Our room needed a much better cleaning, and we waited about 30 minutes for staff to arrive so we could check in.

The damp smell in room 1 was so bad that we spent the whole night breathing it in, and I was more worried about my health than getting any rest. It was the most unsanitary place I've ever stayed, with moisture literally dripping in the room. The receptionist was friendly, but at the 3 PM check-in time I still had to message someone to come and open the door. That room made the whole stay terrible. Please read the reviews before booking, and look for another option.

When I stayed with my partner in 2021, we pretty much had the hotel to ourselves, including the reception area. There was barely any in-person service. One time the bathroom had no water, and with nobody around to tell, we ended up having to leave. 😅 The place itself was pretty, quiet, clean, comfortable, and affordable, with good weather and good internet and phone reception. It's close to the center, doesn't rush you out, and has access to the ecotourism complex. Streaming reception was poor, though.

The quiet setting and reasonable price were nice, and I still recommend the place. But there was no hot water at 6 am, and nobody had told us the customer service hours or offered to help.

The young women running the place were really friendly. The stay was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The only hassle was that the shower tap was hard to turn when adjusting the water.
