Barceló Karmina All Inclusive

Lucia Partiño made breakfast a real highlight. She took time to learn what we liked, suggested options thoughtfully, and made sure everything was right. When I asked for a juice that wasn't on the menu, she even went out of her way to prepare it. That small gesture stuck with us. Her warmth and care reflect so well on Barceló. The breakfast team as a whole was attentive, kind, and professional. We were greeted with genuine smiles every morning, and the staff worked smoothly together, making us feel looked after. Thanks to Lucia and all the breakfast staff for such consistently lovely service. We're grateful and hope to return.

We really enjoyed our time here, and the staff gave us some lovely experiences. Esperanza from the Barcy kids club was delightful with our son, and Inez, an activity coordinator, painted his face. He was thrilled. Others were great too, but those two especially stood out.

I've been coming with my family every year for about 25 years, and now at 32 I bring my own kid. We've hardly had anything to complain about. The rooms have always been great and stocked with drinks and snacks, and my kid loves the kids' pool and never wants to get out. The food used to feel too repetitive year after year, and at hotels it can all seem the same. This year they changed things up with lots of different seafood, which I thought was delicious. I love coming here and plan to keep bringing the family. Thanks, Barceló.

The restaurant booking process is a stressful mess. Nobody seems to know what's going on or be on the same page, and the attitude is awful, with no real effort to give good service. The buffet food is terrible, and not being able to make restaurant reservations easily is so frustrating. I regret spending my money here. The premium package is a joke. The supposed priority reservations are a lie. All it gets you is quicker check-in, which can still take ages when there's only one employee and the line gets long.
