We rented a family room and thought it was great. It has everything you need for a few relaxing days.

I wish Google had a zero-star rating. The rooms were filthy, nothing worked, and housekeeping wouldn’t clean them. They didn’t trust guests either, making us count the glasses and towels to prove we weren’t stealing. I’ve stayed at much better hotels in Mexico City and Guadalajara for a lot less money. Don’t go here.
