The bathroom had a bit of an odor, which made it harder to get a good night's sleep. It was $500 with a fan or $600 with air conditioning.

The sheets were torn, and opening the rooms was a nasty surprise. Staff hand over keys instead of showing you around, so you only see the filth once you open the door. This place should be called a “fake motel.” It doesn't look like the hotel in the Google photos, and it's badly maintained. There was trash all over, some things were broken, doors were rotten, beds had fleas, the air conditioning didn't work, fans were falling apart, pipes leaked into the rooms, and toilets wouldn't flush. The ones in Cuyutlán are better. The Colima health department shouldn't let this dump operate. It's a disgrace for tourism in such a beautiful city.
