It's a simple, quiet hotel in a good spot in the center of Manzanillo, near shops and restaurants. The rooms are very basic, and the bathroom doors don't close properly and need maintenance. The rooms have air conditioning and were clean. Staff are attentive, though there's room for improvement.
It's good value for the money. I didn't like that the listing says there's hot water without mentioning the solar water heater. During the two days I was there, there was no hot water.
The service was excellent.
I won't be coming back. The manager on duty was incredibly rude, there was no water in the shower, and the TV remote never worked. Absolutely terrible service.
It's a very good place with good service. The internet password isn't right, though, so you have to ask at reception.
