Tesoro Manzanillo All Inclusive

The food was poor, like high school cafeteria food, and the plates were dirty. That lack of basic hygiene was unacceptable. A staff member named Brenda treated us in a classist way and kept making excuses about our stay instead of helping. Other staff members also gave us no solutions, just looked at us as if we were stupid when we asked where to charge our phones. We arrived hungry after not eating, but none of the restaurants opened until 12:30 PM or later, and nobody offered an alternative. There was no air conditioning at reception, and we had to change in a dirty, extremely hot employee storage room. Our belongings were taken when we arrived, and it took more than three hours to get our room. We had to keep asking for our things so we could change clothes. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional, with poor customer service and management that ruined the stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was great and the staff were really friendly. Food was available throughout the day and night, and the shows and daily activities were great too. It was awesome from the start.

We’ve stayed here several times, and it’s always an experience we look forward to. The nightly entertainment is fun, and the performers really bring it every time. Our room was AMAZING, with lovely ocean views, and housekeeping kept it spotless. The buffet had lots of choices for different preferences, and the food was tasty. Restaurant staff went out of their way to make dining memorable. Every interaction was positive, from the friendly, efficient front desk to the staff around the property. Special thanks to managers Martha and Marcos, and buffet and bar staff Jesus, Torres, Brandon, Apollo, Alfredo, Yesenia, and many more. Thanks for making the place so welcoming :)

The beach was wonderful, and the hotel is beautiful and good for kids. It's a little old, but well maintained.
