The rooms looked nothing like the online photos. Ours had mold and ants, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the ceilings were literally falling off. It took more than an hour to fix the toilet, and staff didn't address the ants. There were cockroaches around the pool and dining areas, and the place felt disgusting and not family-friendly. The pool was always overcrowded, and be prepared to wait over two hours for any meal. Getting to the beach meant crossing heavy traffic. It didn't open until almost midday and was only open for four hours. Save your money and don't stay here. We left early, after just one night, but when I contacted them several times for a refund, they refused. They kept my $2,500 even though I stayed only one night. This place is a rip-off and should go out of business.

We left without staying a night and booked an Airbnb instead, which was much better in every way. We'd come as a family of four, but the resort was a complete disappointment from the moment we arrived. The rooms smelled strongly of mold, one AC didn't work at all, the sheets and pillowcases were stained, and there was visible mold in the restroom. We told the front desk right away. The woman at reception tried to help, but the options weren't acceptable: another room had only one king bed, so our daughter would have had to sleep in the living room without AC, or we could take two separate rooms and lose the point of a family vacation. The pool was overcrowded and the water looked dirty, so it didn't feel safe or clean. I absolutely don't recommend this resort.

This place is disgusting and a health hazard. I didn't stay, but the hotel still refused to refund me. When I asked to move to a different room, they wanted more money. Please don't waste your money here.

The people were nice and the place looked great, but some parts of the hotel didn't seem very clean, and we were given an old TV. I also don't think one restaurant was enough for everyone. During the extremely hot, humid weather, the lights went out for a few hours. In my opinion, the property needs work to keep it up to date.
