The hotel gives the impression of having decent services, but the reality is disappointing. The internet was terrible, the TV didn’t work at all and had no channels, and there was no hot water. Reception said it just needed time to warm up, but it never did. The bathroom even had a sign asking guests to save water, while staff’s advice was to leave the tap running and wait for hot water that never came. The rooms and furniture are very old, and the place wasn’t comfortable or pleasant. They advertise breakfast, but you have to order it by 10 pm the night before so they can arrange it. This hotel is terrible.

The staff were attentive, and this seems like a good choice for people heading out of the city. My issue was the bed. The sheets were dirty and smelled bad, despite the room supposedly having been cleaned. I hope they take better care of the rooms.

The common areas and facilities are very good, with friendly staff and excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, but the bathrooms are in a terrible spot and have no ventilation.

We paid because we needed somewhere for the night, and at least it’s close to the center, so you can walk everywhere. The people were friendly, but the price felt high for a dusty room, cold water, and so few amenities.

It’s a clean hotel with colonial-style looks and a pool, but I had a bad stay. I’ve been in a lot of hotels and expected this one to be good. The room was smaller than I liked, and the sheets and pillowcases should have been in better shape.
