We booked the property, received confirmation, and were told to expect a pre-registration form and check-in instructions. Nothing arrived. We couldn’t reach anyone, and got no response to our inquiries. Hoteles. com, which handled the booking, couldn’t reach anyone either. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

We stayed as a family, my wife, daughter, and I, and found the domes really comfortable. There’s plenty of room inside and out, with lots of amenities and a luxurious feel. The setting is in the forest, about 20 minutes from the town center. I’d happily recommend it.

So peaceful tucked into the forest, and I loved the place. The facilities were great, communication was good, and everything was very clean.

Getting in was a struggle after several communication and arrival issues. Once inside, the capsule smelled strongly of cat urine and had cockroaches and flies. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, there was no toilet paper, and the towels had mouse droppings on them. The power failed the following day, so we couldn't shower. 80% bad.

It looked alright at first, but the dirt showed in the details. There was a stain on the sheets, the bathroom needed cleaning, the toilet paper was cheap, and the service wasn't good. They hadn't aired out the dome, so it was incredibly hot when we arrived.
