The biggest problem was the bathroom ceiling window and part of the room. They collect condensation when you shower, then drip all over the place. The bathroom was soaked the next day, and one of our suitcases got wet. Nobody ever came to clean, either. And there's NO PARKING! The room itself was clean, but the floor had stains, and we were only given two thin blankets, one per bed. The TV only plays YouTube, and the internet was unreliable. I booked through Booking.com using the pay-up-up option, and at least that part gave me no trouble.

The main plus is being able to walk to the center. If you're looking for a cheap place nearby, this could work, as long as you don't expect much. We had room number 24, and it was dirty. There were stains on the floor, hair on the sheets, and a kitchen drawer was missing. The internet was so bad we couldn't even watch TV or use our phones. Picking up the key somewhere else also left us a bit lost at first.

The service was terrible. We asked for the room remotes at check-in, and were told they'd be there, but they weren't. At 6 pm we asked again and were told they'd bring them right away. By 9 pm they still hadn't arrived, and we were told the janitor was busy. At 10 pm nobody was answering the phone. The room had other problems too: no shower door, a broken towel rack, crayon graffiti all over the wall, weak Wi-Fi, and a TV signal that kept cutting out. The next day we went to reception about the remote. They said to bring one because there was no maintenance staff and they couldn't leave it in our room. We brought it, and it didn't even work. 🤡🤡🤡🤡

The location is ideal, about 10 minutes from the city center, and the rooms are nice. But the internet is terrible, and they don't clean the rooms while you're staying there.
