The resort is beautiful and has excellent facilities, but Aldea Ananta isn't as pet-friendly as its advertising suggests. Pets can stay inside the apartment, but they're not allowed in common areas or rest areas. The only designated place for them is the beach, where umbrellas aren't allowed, so pets are out in the sun. In practice, it feels like a place to bring dogs and keep them locked up. Management was inconsistent and uncooperative. One manager, Yamjara, was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist, which made the experience much worse. The beautiful property and its pet policy and management don't live up to what's advertised.

The paddle tennis court overlooking the sea is gorgeous, and the in-room pools are really unique. It's a beautiful, peaceful place with incredible sunsets.

This is a quiet stretch of beachfront condos where you can relax, fish, or surf. There are hardly any people or vendors, so you can even bring your own food to the beach. If noise bothers you, this is an ideal spot. It's 900 meters from the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay hotel, and about a five-minute drive from Punta Cerritos, Pata Salada restaurant, or El Lioncho. Another good option is the Absolem Beach Club, with its underground sushi restaurant, 500 meters down Coppel Avenue. I recommend both.
