There was a nasty smell, so my wife and I went to the grocery store for cleaning products. I told the guy about it, and he said it had been clean before we arrived.

The apartment was fine, but cleaning costs extra and they don’t mention that when you book. We stayed seven days, and our towels and toilet paper were never replaced. There’s nowhere to put the trash. They charge a lot, but the service wasn’t attentive, and their customer service needs work.

They were attentive to my needs the whole time, and the place was very clean. The location is superb. I had a very nice experience and highly recommend it if you’re spending a few days in Mazatlán. I’ll be back next month and will definitely stay in this apartment again.
