The location is great and it’s super affordable. People from bigger hotels nearby even come for the service and the pool bar right on the beach. Juan at the pool bar speaks Perfect English as well as Spanish, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed or wanted. His whole team is awesome. All the staff are amazing, helpful, kind, and courteous. This should be a premier hotel for best western. I’ll be back again and again.

The building is a bit old, the TVs are ancient, and the sliding glass doors need some maintenance. Still, for the price, everything else is good. The staff are amazing, especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and the pool and beach access are great.

The location is great, with lots of places within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The rest was terrible, just a horrific experience overall.

It’s a wonderful place to stay, with a small hotel right on a swimmable, walkable beach. The staff were attentive, the buffet breakfast was fabulous, and there are good restaurants within a few blocks. Public transit is great too, including the green bus to Old Town. Internet worked well in room 302. The only issue was minor: the business computers in the lobby lost their internet connection near the end of my stay. I reported it, but it wasn’t fixed before I left.
