The front desk guy was patient and helpful, and having a kitchen was a real treat. I love Mexican food, but being vegetarian can be a little challenging, so it was nice to cook. The price was fair for the area. The shower was quite cold at night and in the morning, and on Saturday the street noise went on relentlessly. It might be better on a weekday. If you're here to party for the weekend, I wouldn't spend more for another hotel.

My family and I left at midnight because we couldn't keep sleeping there. We found bed bugs and told management right away, but they refused to move us or give our money back. I came back the next morning to speak with the manager, but he was nowhere to be found. They still wouldn't help and said I was lying, even though I have proof.

Pésimo hotel, I wouldn't recommend it. They don't have irons, the person in charge won't show her face, and there are no services. It's an unfriendly hotel for the people staying there, the worst in town. This is a place to go only if you've come to Mazatlan and have nowhere else to stay.
