Condos Clauss

The setting and the pool had seemed like a good choice for a family gathering, and admission staff at Condos Clauss had told us we could use the pool. That changed when an elderly resident on the second floor complained to the administration. From what I could see, the issue was that our family included people from different racial backgrounds. Her apparent racism was disturbing and unacceptable in a place that should welcome everyone. The administration seemed to take her side instead of handling the complaint impartially or making sure people felt respected. That lack of accountability made an already upsetting situation worse. I expected a welcoming atmosphere and decent hospitality, but our visit was marred by the resident's prejudice and management's response. I can't recommend Condos Clauss to anyone looking for a peaceful, inclusive stay. The failure to address discrimination and the disregard for guests' comfort point to a deeply flawed establishment. It fell far short of what I expected and did not provide a safe, welcoming environment. I'd advise potential guests to look at other accommodations that prioritize respect for everyone. It's disheartening to encounter this kind of behavior, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
