The house was really comfortable and peaceful, and the maintenance staff, Mr. Roberto, and the security guard, Mr. Ruben, were warm and friendly. We spent five days and four nights there last weekend, and most of it went very well. There was one small problem in the cleaning area that never really got sorted out. Still, it was a lovely place for time with family, friends, or acquaintances.

The hotel feels grand inside, with nice rooms, a good pool, and a pleasant atmosphere. Service was really good too. It's a very large place, and honestly has a luxurious look. The one drawback for me was how far it is from everything.

The staff were so attentive, from the team at Hotel Hacienda to the security and cleaning staff at Casa Blanca. We spent New Year's there with family and friends, sharing a traditional Mexican barbecue 🤭, and the beautiful house was a great place to gather. We'll definitely be back. Casa Blanca and Hotel Hacienda Mazatlan are the best options in Mazatlan ❤️
