The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were extremely old, and the furniture was very worn. There's no room service, toiletries, elevator, or parking on site. We asked for a refund. The employee really seemed to be trying to help, but management wouldn't let them do anything.

We got a two-bedroom suite with a balcony and kitchenette. The room was very clean and laid out nicely, and the price felt fair for what we received.
