I needed hot milk for my baby and brought the milk from the market, but the hotel staff wouldn’t let me heat it. There was no microwave and no room service either. The staff weren’t helpful at all. A very bad experience.
I found a large roach on my bed. When I showed it to the owner the next morning, he asked what I expected him to do about it. I told him finding it on the bed was unacceptable, and he just handed me 100 pesos. Terrible service.
I did like the place, but getting any customer service was impossible. I called over and over, and so did a friend and several other people, at all hours. Nobody picked up. After a week of that, what are you supposed to think?
The rooms were okay for the price, nothing too bad there. But they were infested with mosquitoes.
