The location is the main thing this place has going for it. The rooms are okay, but I have a hip condition and am in pain constantly. There were no elevators, something they hadn't disclosed, and I couldn't get to my room. I tried to make it work, but after one day it was too much. When I asked if they could move me to a room that suited my needs, they wouldn't, and they didn't refund me so I could stay somewhere else.

My first visit to Mazatlan, and the room had a great view of the beach. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the room I was given were dirty, and the service wasn't good. We were a family of five but only got two towels. They said we could only have whatever had been left in the room. I'd look elsewhere for somewhere to stay.

I had the last room on the first floor, which was fine, but the beds were awful. I couldn't sleep at all because of them.

I left after the first night. The room smelled terrible, and you could hear everything through the walls. I swear there was a restaurant right above me. Just awful.
