The room was clean and fresh, with a stunning view. I originally planned one night with my elderly father, but we stayed for two. The hotel was generally clean, and most of the staff seemed adequately trained. Aside from the problems below, the stay was satisfactory, and I appreciate the service provided. The main issue was privacy. We put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign, but housekeeping still came into the room. That was very upsetting and frustrating. The location is handy for our company, less than a five-minute walk, and the price is good compared with other hotels I've tried. It also seems fairly new, probably under three or four years old. I stay here at least a week every month because of work, and there aren't many alternatives nearby. What brings the experience down is the service. No one recognizes or greets me, even though I'm there every month, and several requests have gone uncompleted. I also spoke with multiple people on the corporate service line about a bad previous stay, but months later the concern is still unresolved. It's very cost-effective, and better customer service would earn it much more positive attention from clients.

The rooms are nice, and it's a pet-friendly hotel. The restaurant inside is mediocre at best for the price. The club sandwich and fries were the best thing I've had there.

For one night with our two tiny dogs, this was a convenient, low-cost option in a good location. We paid $120 USD for the room. One dog cost 350 pesos, while the other, just two months old, stayed free. Either way, the pet cleaning fee seemed totally reasonable. Our king room was extremely small. Still, if you need a place for a night or two and have a pet, it does the job.
