We paid $5k mxn for three nights, and the room wasn't anything spectacular, but it was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and I wish the vacation hadn't ended. The staff were so nice and made us feel at home. The hotel is close to the beach and has its own parking. The pool is good for swimming without being too deep, and there's a shallow kiddy pool about the size of a hot tub. The water was always warm. Loved it!

We had a very comfortable stay, and for the price, it's great. The room was cleaned every day, though the staff seemed a little standoffish. The beach is just a three-minute walk away, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room stayed cool thanks to the solid floors and walls, even though the air conditioning didn't really work. The pool, though, was always full of leaves and bird feathers. I'd stay again.

The rooms are pretty bare, with no WiFi, coffee service, or fridge. The beds are thin and hard. The pool is great, though, and a good place to meet other gringos.

The worst part was the customer service, which was unimaginable. The photos are misleading: as soon as you pull in, the place looks like a 70s motel, and the finishes would look cheap even in an RV. Don't waste a dollar here.

I didn't stay in the rooms, so I can't say what they're like. The location is pretty good, the tennis area was good too, and the restaurant service was good.
