The linens weren't adequate for a stay longer than one night: there was no bottom sheet, just a light quilt, and the towels weren't replaced for a week. Be careful what you book here. They say all their places have the listed amenities, but that's not true. Some are basically hotel rooms without those amenities or even the usual hotel facilities. I wouldn't book here again for an extended stay.

The rooms are lovely, and the covered balconies are spacious, with scenic views.

The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The grounds are clean and the pool area is nice, with a view of the bay, though the property could use some maintenance. Getting through the entrance gates can be annoying since you sometimes have to wait for someone to let you in or out. They should add an automatic gate that uses a code or key card.

We left early because the room was awful, especially for the price. It was tiny, and there was a mile-long list of rules. There's no luggage storage, and one night we waited 20 minutes at the front gate to get back into the complex. The pool was nice, but that was about it.
