Don't stay here, go somewhere else. This isn't all-inclusive, there's no buffet, and you have to order from a menu with very limited food choices. Communication is awful if you don't speak Spanish. There's no real entertainment by the pool, and the place is empty.

Alexander Villanueva took great care of us, giving us swimming lessons and booking a kayak trip. He had an excellent attitude and was very friendly. The facilities and service were excellent. Thank you!

We had a lot of fun playing bingo with our friends by the pool, and we joined in the games there too. The very kind Blanca gave us a pass to the Aquarium, which we visited with my mom. Greetings! The bartender at Sunset gave us good service, but Palas was a little curt and didn't want to serve us. We hope things are better next year.
