Arigalan Hotel

I had a really enjoyable stay and would book again if I came back. Communication was superb, and they handled my requests quickly. For the first half I had a single dorm room with dividing walls, so it wasn't very private, but it was still good value. Later I moved into a Cabana with a super comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily, and I got fresh towels every other day. The staff were really friendly. Thank you!

The people at reception were so helpful and made me feel looked after. I spent five days in this beautiful, quiet oasis for solo travelers, and could easily have stayed longer. It's a five-minute walk to a relaxing beach, good food at Umami, and the woman-owned shop Kura Terra. The amenities are simple, but thoughtfully put together. I also made use of the communal kitchen and eco filter water tanks. Enjoy, future travelers!

I especially loved the Cabaña. Everything was well cared for, peaceful, and beautiful, with wonderful views and a very short walk to a lovely beach. There's a yoga Shala, kitchen, and pool for everyone to use, and the hosts were kind and helpful. The town center, with its restaurants and shops, is also a short walk away. It's right next to Hridaya yoga center, so it's perfectly placed if you're doing a retreat there, which I highly recommend too. For me, this is the most beautiful place to stay in Mazunte. Hope I get to come back someday 💖

My room was exceptionally clean and had excellent linens. The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the kitchen was good. There's a refreshing dipping pool and a stairwell down to playa San Agustinillo. A beautiful, peaceful spot with an awesome sunrise view.
