I’d stayed here two years ago and liked the owners, so I came back. This visit was awful, and I regret booking it. My first room was at the front, where the AC leaked enough to fill two buckets. I messaged the owner and got no reply until midnight, so I switched it off overnight. At 6 the next morning, drilling and hammering started in construction above my room. They moved me the following day to a back room with a shared balcony. The sheets and pillows were dirty and moldy, the towels were dirty, and there was no toilet paper. Tiny ants were everywhere, and I got flea bites all over my legs from the bed. The owner changed the sheets but still didn’t provide toilet paper. I put dinner leftovers in the shared balcony fridge that evening, but they were gone the next day, apparently thrown out. I stayed four nights and never got any toilet paper. I can’t recommend this place. The owners seemed irresponsible and uncaring, and the cleanliness was poor.

I felt comfortable here. There was AC, a ceiling fan, a kitchenette and a fridge. I just wish it had come with more dishes and utensils.

Checking in and out was a terrible experience. Gerardo read my WhatsApp and chose not to answer. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

The location is central, and the place is new and very clean. The WiFi never worked.

The room had dirty patches, and the coffee maker was already used and grimy, with no cups or filters. Our AC never worked. We let the people running the place know early on, but they barely responded. The WiFi was also unreliable. We were really disappointed with the service, and unfortunately I can’t recommend it.
