Casa Las Almas - Adults Only

I’d stayed here two years ago and liked the owners, so I came back. This visit was awful, and I regret booking it. My first room was at the front, where the AC leaked enough to fill two buckets. I messaged the owner and got no reply until midnight, so I switched it off overnight. At 6 the next morning, drilling and hammering started in construction above my room. They moved me the following day to a back room with a shared balcony. The sheets and pillows were dirty and moldy, the towels were dirty, and there was no toilet paper. Tiny ants were everywhere, and I got flea bites all over my legs from the bed. The owner changed the sheets but still didn’t provide toilet paper. I put dinner leftovers in the shared balcony fridge that evening, but they were gone the next day, apparently thrown out. I stayed four nights and never got any toilet paper. I can’t recommend this place. The owners seemed irresponsible and uncaring, and the cleanliness was poor.
