We couldn't reach anyone by phone, and nobody came to meet us. The place looked abandoned, or possibly like a fake hotel, with mess everywhere and dogs barking. We lost the money we'd paid on Booking.com and had to find another place for the night. We're trying to get a refund. The map pin is in the wrong place too. GoogleMaps showed it in the forest beside the road, and it took us an hour to find the hotel. Stay away, highly not recommended!

The hosts are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are quiet, surrounded by nature on the Mazunte highway. There's a kitchen for making your own meals. The only drawbacks are no TV and no hot water, but everything else was perfect. If you see the dog during your stay, please leave her food and water. She's a stray with puppies and needs extra food. Thank you, and enjoy your stay!

I booked for a week and ended up staying three, I had such a wonderful time 🤩 The place is basic but has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of water in the shower, and the kitchen is well equipped. You can see the ocean and sunrise from the terrace 🌅 José Luis and Rosy are super friendly, always smiling and full of good vibes, and they'll help with anything. If I'm back in Mazunte, I'll definitely return. Thank you for everything 🥳

It’s a pleasant, nature-surrounded place, and the staff are really warm and friendly. There’s a shared room that feels a bit like a dining area. It’s simple and rustic, fairly close to the beach, though getting to the entrance to Mazunte means walking along the roadside for about five minutes. Two rooms share bathrooms outside the room; the others have their own.
