We spent two hours trying to find this place, and it turned into another bad experience. It sits up a steep hill off the main drag, with more walking uphill still required. They never answered my question about the stairs. There was just one parking space out front, and the place didn’t look like the photo.

Araceli was so sweet and helpful, and made us feel at home. The room was cleaned every day, and it was comfortable for one, two, or three people. It’s quiet but only about a five minute walk from both the town center and the beach, so everything is nearby. Inside, there’s plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and an amazing view. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

I’m back for my third year because this place is so clean and roomy, and I can cook for myself. It’s near the markets and beach. The windows have screens and sit high up, so you get a great breeze at night. There’s AC too, though I don’t use it. Mazunte is beautiful, and avaceli is so sweet and kind, always ready to help however you need. Stay at Posada nautica if you come here, you won’t regret it.

There are only two condos here. It’s pricey, but worth it, and Araceli is an excellent host. She speaks excellent English.
