I’ve stayed here every January for years, but this year it’s abnormally cold. There was no hot water for showers, and when I asked the front desk girl for an extra blanket, she said no. It’s uncomfortable enough that I won’t stay again, no matter how affordable it is.

The stay was okay, and the breakfast downstairs was good, which helped make up for things. I think there was a leak from the roof, and the bald manager got grumpy when we asked to change rooms.

The pool is deep, refreshing, and awesome, and the staff are nice. There’s a boulangerie right next door, which makes the stay feel magical, and Downtown is close by. The curtains leave your suite visible to everyone passing, so keeping the windows shut all the time isn’t appealing. The toilet was also faulty: it kept losing water and refilling until you fixed it yourself.

The room was bigger and cleaner, and the price was lower than at the first hotel we stayed in. The staff were very nice. I’d stay here again.

The staff were nice and the service was good, but we wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again. The room looked nothing like the photos, and the breakfast wasn’t what had been described as very good. All they offered was cereal, a little fruit, and toast. We also found ants in the bathroom. The advertising is completely misleading. There’s no way this is a four-star hotel.
