The bathrooms are a bit small, but the rooms are comfortable enough. Great service and an excellent location.

The location is incredible and the price is affordable, so I’d come back. The bed was decent and the AC worked well, but the shower pressure was really poor. It was also very noisy on some nights. A solid three-star stay.

We only needed somewhere to sleep, so the room was adequate and didn’t need to be spacious. The location is excellent, right in the central business area near the square, with very good restaurants close by. The staff spoke very good English and responded to every request. There’s no ice machine, which isn’t unusual in Mexico, but you can ask for a hairdryer at the front desk. There’s no evening food or bar, though plenty of places are nearby. The attached restaurant serves breakfast only, and the food and service were good. The pool area is beautiful.

The noise was relentless. A group of teenagers shouted, played music, ran around, and banged on doors, and staff did nothing despite us asking and telling them multiple times. We asked to move to a quieter room, but nobody made an effort. I won’t return, and wouldn’t recommend it to foreigners looking for value. The room was much smaller than the photos suggested, especially the bed, which was only 130 cm wide when we measured it. The mattress was hard and the bed frame kept moving. The bathroom was about 1m square, with the towel holder over the toilet, mould around the shower, and weak water pressure. Maybe a small CMV isn’t enough. There was no proper ventilation, just one window onto the patio. Light was on there all the time and people could see into the room, so we kept the roller down and couldn’t air it out. The AC seemed to be from the 90s, was dusty and poorly cleaned, and blew straight at the bed. The whole place was noisy, the bathroom mouldy, and the staff unserviceable.
