Uber can drop you off at the airport, but can't pick you up. The hotel will try to direct you to a particular taxi service for the airport, which costs triple the price. They didn't tell us the agencies pay them a percentage, which is why they steer guests that way. We made the mistake of booking it, waited 30+min, then cancelled and called an Uber in desperation. Luckily it arrived in 6 min, but we were late for our flight because of the hotel. The Uber driver was amazing and got us there as quickly as possible. Don't listen to the hotel, just order an Uber.

The location was outstanding, and the room was clean. Staff were attentive on several occasions, and parking was always available very close to the hotel. We plan to book here again next time.

We came from Canada and loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful, new, super modern and clean, smells lovely, and has an excellent location. We'll be back soon.

My mother and elderly grandmother stayed here on vacation to experience the day of the dead. The hotel was nothing like it was advertised, and the service was horrendous and rude. They were left without running water twice, with no warning. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
