The room felt more like a room in a house, and it was huge, with a little table and chair, nightstands by the bed, a large bathroom, and the wardrobe inside it. The walls are real walls rather than drywall, one of the few places I’ve stayed where you don’t hear the neighbors as loudly. The whole place was spotless and smelled wonderful. The mattress was comfortable and we slept really well. Hot water came through immediately, without any struggle with the pressure. The person who checked us in showed us how to use the TV, brought an extra sheet, and helped with another small issue. The staff were incredibly attentive. There’s a spacious, quiet parking lot, and a spot in the lobby where you can bring your own food and sit down. It’s a very peaceful place. If I’m back in Mérida, I’ll stay there without hesitation.

I can’t really comment on the location since I don’t like this city, and its street layout is very complicated for me. The place itself is pleasant for relaxing. There’s a reception area, and you can sit on the furniture with your own food. Quite nice, and I’d recommend it.

A beautiful, pleasant place to rest, and very clean. The owners are down-to-earth and nice, while the staff are attentive and friendly. I loved it and highly recommend it.

I ended up here because of a medical emergency and the need to stay somewhere quickly. Getting there was difficult, and there really aren’t shops or restaurants nearby, though I accepted that given my situation. The staff were very friendly and called a taxi to the airport. The room, unfortunately, was dirty. There were mosquitoes in the shower, dust on the sheets, and a lot of noise at night from a whole family in the next room. I couldn’t sleep until I turned on the fan to cover the noise. I don’t recommend it.
