The bar next door plays loud music most nights until quite late. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me, but light sleepers may have a problem. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, the staff attentive, and the shower had hot water. We had trouble with the toilet, but the staff fixed it quickly when I mentioned it. Parking was free, and the central location is excellent for the price. Definitely good value if you're after an affordable place.

The beds have a plastic cover under the sheets, which made us sweat a lot, and the shower had no hot water. Still, the location was great and the staff were super nice. On Friday night, the neighbors played loud music until about 11. We thought the music was quite good, so it didn't bother us.

The shower was a little small, but the room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and everything else was great. I had a very pleasant stay. It's just a short walk from the city center, which made sightseeing easy, and the location is fantastic. Really good value for money. I'd stay here again.

The place is basic and quite rundown, and the music next door was extremely loud into the early morning. I bought a breakfast voucher here for another hotel for 180 pesos, but the breakfast was horrendous. I took the voucher back, left the breakfast, and got a refund without any problem. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in merida, and this is one of my least favorite. I've had better stays in hostels there.

Don't underestimate the noise. There's a bar right next to the rooms that plays super loud live music almost every night, and it echoes badly. This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in, if you want to be VERY deprived of sleep, this is the spot. The breakfast is overpriced and served at another hotel. The rest is fine, though.
