Pedro was the highlight of my visit, so kind and attentive. Martha was great too and responded to messages quickly. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a stay. It felt safe and was conveniently located, close to shopping centers. The bar next door is popular with locals and has great vibes. I was here for a wedding.

Marta and the team make guests feel welcome and at home, and they go above and beyond with requests. That's the best part of this cozy, beautiful boutique hotel. I've stayed in many boutique hotels in Mexico, but none like this. The value is a rare find. The hotel has a superb location in beautiful Mérida, one block from the shops and fun on Paseo Montejo, and steps from great restaurants and coffee shops. Its old and new architecture blend seamlessly, with fantastic restoration turning an old property into a stylish modern hotel with all the amenities. The spacious, comfortable rooms are modern, with vintage furniture that carries the same old and new theme.
