We stayed in the Rosa suite and had a beautiful time in a beautiful place, surrounded by lovely people. Everyone was attentive, professional and super friendly. They spoke fluent English, but also took the time to listen to and encourage our faltering Spanish. Breakfasts were delicious, and they helped us book restaurants, taxis and more. The suite's private pool only came up to just above the knees, so it was more like a water feature. Still, it was great for cooling off with a paddle in the afternoon when we didn't have the time or energy for the big pool. Absolutely recommend staying here.

The owner is a very nice person, and this is one of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen in Merida. If you're visiting Merida and don't know where to stay, this is the perfect place.

The room was spotless whenever we came back, and on Valentine’s Day they’d left little brownies with flower icing. Such a sweet touch. The whole place is gorgeous, with beautiful art and thoughtful design everywhere. The owner and staff were warm and made us feel at home, helping with dinner and tour bookings and sharing restaurant tips. It’s well placed between Plaza Grande and the Paseo Montejo area, with Parque Santa Lucia about a 10-15 minute walk away. Parque and mercado Santa Ana are closer, as are the restaurants on Calle 47. We loved Micaela Mar y Leña and the Thursday 9pm music in Santa Lucia park. A lovely choice for a romantic getaway, and I’d happily recommend it.
