They required a cash deposit, but when it came back, it was refunded only as a deposit rather than cash. The electricity bill was also quite high. The bakery refrigerator was broken and apparently never checked, and one of the guards seemed annoyed whenever he had to open the door for us to leave. My experience was terrible.

The place needs upkeep and investment. Water pressure was weak, and the laundry area smelled strongly of sewage. I had to arrange the pipes into a U shape because the whole living room, kitchen, and dining area stank. The fridge was unplugged when we arrived, smelled awful, and its light didn’t work. Kitchen supplies were extremely basic, with no salt or oil, so bring everything you need for cooking. The pool water was cloudy and uninviting, and the filtration pump seemed broken. Cleaning was also very basic, and each time the cleaners came in they left the door unlocked.

A nice place to unwind with family for a few days. The pool area is lovely, and they have parking inside the property with security around the clock. The staff were attentive to what we needed.

The staff are excellent, and the facilities are superb. It’s a beautiful place that works well for a longer stay, with a peaceful, tranquil feel. Highly recommended.
